How many users are in my plan?
The plans for entrepreneurs include 1 user. Each extra user costs €10 per month. In the advisory plans, firm and client users are unlimited.

Which roles are there?

Does everyone see all administrations?
No. Each administration is shielded. You decide per user which administrations they see.
Can I take someone's access away again?
Yes. An admin can revoke an invitation and remove a user, for example when an employee leaves or you change accountants.
Can a user change anything in Exact Online?
No. RecurBoard only reads from Exact Online, for every user and every role. Nothing is ever written back.
