No training on your data
Contractually agreed: Anthropic does not use your data to train AI models.

If you don't use Ask AI, no data goes to Anthropic. When you ask a question, only what's needed for the answer.
In the data processing agreement
Anthropic is listed as a sub-processor in our data processing agreement, with the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your administration stays in the EU
We store your financial data from Exact Online in the European Economic Area (Germany). Only the question and the numbers it needs are processed by Anthropic in the US.
Can be switched off
Don't want AI features in your environment? We switch them off for you on request.

Ask AI lives inside RecurBoard. The MCP connector (Model Context Protocol) does the reverse: it brings your numbers to the AI assistant you already use.

Are the answers always correct?
Ask AI works with your own calculated numbers and names the amounts an answer is based on. Still, AI can make mistakes. For important decisions, check the answer in your dashboard.
