Shielded per administration
A user only sees the administrations that user has access to.

How many administrations can I connect?
As many as you need. Every Exact Online environment counts as one administration, and you pay per administration. For entrepreneurs that's an amount per administration per month. The advisory plans include 5 administrations, and each extra administration costs €25 per month.

How do I handle eliminations between my administrations?
You eliminate intercompany transactions, such as invoices or loans between your companies, through an elimination administration in Exact Online. You book the elimination entries there. You connect that administration to RecurBoard like the others, and RecurBoard includes it in the consolidated overview. That way intercompany revenue and costs aren't counted twice in your P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. Eliminations apply to your financials, not to your subscription KPIs such as ARR and churn. An elimination administration is easy to set up in Exact Online. It counts as a regular administration in your plan.
Do all my users see all administrations?
No. Each administration is shielded from other users. You give one user access to a single administration and another to the whole group.
